Returns & Shipping Policy

At His Kingdom First, each item is made to order with intention and care through our trusted printing partner. While we strive for excellence in every detail, we know things can occasionally go wrong. Here’s how we handle those situations:

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll coordinate with our printer to make it right. If the issue is determined to be a production error, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement at no additional charge.

📦 Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, please report the issue within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our supplier to investigate the matter and issue a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned by the shipping carrier, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipment after confirming the correct address. If the item is not returned, a new order will need to be placed at your expense.

📬 Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned due to being unclaimed can be reshipped at your cost. If they remain unclaimed for 30 days, they may be donated by the printer’s facility.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. If you’d like to reorder in a different size or style, we’re happy to help you place a new order at your expense.

😷 Face Masks & Sealed Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, face masks and other sealed items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
